ku99 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may open only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, all accounts will be closed and all funds in those accounts may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once is specifically prohibited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, it may be closed immediately. If any information changes, the user is responsible for updating the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential. Users are strongly advised not to share their password with anyone. If unauthorised access is suspected, contact live chat immediately. Managing or using the account through a third party is prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ku99 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is not cash — before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,500 bonus gives a balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering required is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on specific eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected before wagering requirements are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• ku99 reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The ku99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is given at each tier based on the weekly net loss. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Cashback is the amount returned at the applicable rate on what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week.

5.1 Fraud and Dishonest Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku99 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using software, bots or automated methods to bet or play games.
• Claiming bonuses through two or more accounts in combination (arbitrage or bonus abuse).
• Exploiting weaknesses or bugs in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or access another user's account.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems.

5.2 Consequences of Account Closure

If a prohibited activity is proven, ku99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice. In such cases, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Whether legitimate deposits are refundable depends on the outcome of the investigation.
